Founder

Artist, entrepreneur, and all-round neurospicy powerhouse, VJ is the founder of Divergent Emergent CIC. With a background spanning visual art, film and R&D, they’re passionate about breaking down barriers for neurodivergent and disabled people, especially in creative industries. VJ brings lived experience, strategic thinking and a commitment to building something genuinely better.

Production manager

Jo used to drive tanks - now she drives productions. With years of experience as a Production Manager in film and TV, Jo brings logistical superpowers, sharp instincts, and a calm head to every creative challenge. She's got a Master’s in Post Compulsory Education and a passion for making things work smoothly behind the scenes.

Stu is all about turning ideas into impact. As Senior Employability Officer at Swansea MAD and founder of Purple Ping Consultancy, he helps nonprofits and social enterprises across the UK get funded, go digital, and grow sustainably. Whether it’s coding clubs, ethical hacking, or big-picture strategy, Stu’s mission is digital inclusion for all.

Katie keeps the wheels turning. With a background in law, energy and customer service - and a speciality in supporting neurodivergent and disabled clients - she brings calm, clarity and compassion to her work. Organised, tenacious and ace at admin, Katie is the go-to for getting things done.
