Roundtable for Women 40+ with ADHD (Free - Online)
This is a safe, supportive space to swap stories, share tips and ask the questions you’ve been dying to ask other women navigating life with ADHD. Whether you’ve had a recent diagnosis or you’ve been figuring it out for years, this is your table.

Interactive Poetry Workshop - Thursday 15th October at 1pm (£5 - Online)
Join VJ for an interactive poetry and creative storytelling workshop exploring spoken word, writing, collaboration and self-expression in an accessible and welcoming environment.
This pilot session is designed to be flexible, creative and community-led. No previous poetry or performance experience is needed.
The workshop may include creative writing prompts, discussion, collaborative exercises, spoken word activities and opportunities to experiment with different forms of storytelling and expression.
Open to neurodivergent, disabled and allied participants, as well as anyone interested in creative exploration and inclusive spaces.

1-2-1 Creative Development Programme
This is a focused four week support programme for creatives, business founders and practitioners who want structured time, support, accountability and feedback to move a project, idea or proposal forward.
This programme is designed for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, isolated or unsure how to take the next step with a creative project. Sessions are tailored to the individual and can support artistic, cultural, community or business ideas.
The support may include: project development; funding and application support; portfolio and proposal development; concept development; workflow and planning support; accountability; pitching and communication support; reflective discussion and problem solving.
It lasts four weeks, with a 60 minute development session and a 30 minute follow up check in each work, and support tailored around the specific project or goal.
£500 per participant
Flexible payment options may be available in some circumstances.
